DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

Typically, we take around 24 to 48 hours to dispatch orders within India. Delivery time is 1-7 days. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. The estimated delivery time will differ with each order.

Please be informed that we do not compensate for any mental distress resulting from delays in delivery.

​Kindly double check your correct shipping address at checkout. It cannot be changed once your order has been shipped. We are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Returns

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and pre-paid, it cannot be canceled. We will not accommodate any requests for order cancellations after placement.

We do not accept returns due to sanitation issues.

We are not responsible for items that have tarnished due to exposure to water or other liquids.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. 

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges due to sanitary issues.

 

Wild Child Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the items leave our facility.
